My Role
My role was to help my brother, Ken, the Co-founder of HiVibe Sound, re-design his website, create multiple logo variations and additional design needs.
The Objective

Fix and adjust the HiVibe Sound Text on the landing page to be compatible with smaller computer screen sizes

Create multiple logo variations for different mediums and designs on flyers, posters, and the internet on different backgrounds and images

Create a Brand Style Guide for people to reference for cohesiveness

Create an interactive and animated Lion's Head while pairing and matching it with the audio and the Lion's Mane
The Challenge
There were several challenges that I ran into:
1. Adjusting the Lion's Head and HiVibe Sound text on smaller screen sizes

On the original website, the Lion's Head was really large and the HiVibe Sound was separated in between the Lion's Head causing the parts of the text to be cut off on
smaller screen sizes -
I primarily worked on my iMAC and had to double check the text and logo placement on my Macbook 13" computer to see how it looks. I had to this several times upon my client's request.
2. Adjusting the text on the mobile version

The mobile version's text and design elements were all out of place, so I had to readjust and realign all the text and graphic elements.

Wix isn't very user friendly when it comes to editing on the Mobile version because they don't allow you to edit the text unless you add a new text box

I had to add a new text box and copy the text into the new text box, so I was able to edit the text alignments and layouts.
The Animation
This is my first time using After Effects to create this animation. My client wanted me to animate the Lion's Mane to make it move. So I asked someone on Reddit on how and watched couple of tutorials online to create this animation.
The Logo Variarions
I created multiple logo variations for print to digital mediums and platforms. Since
the Lion's Head is very intricate and complex I designed several logo variations without the Lion's Head because it seemed fitting and more appropriate when the logo is placed on different mediums and platforms just in case the logo isn't legible on the background such as a busy image or design.
